Fremantle Airport Shuttle may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions without notice. It is up to the user to regularly review the Terms and Conditions in case there are any changes.

1) Bookings made by email must be made at LEAST 3-4 days prior to the departure/arrival date and are subject to approval. Only once the email has been replied to saying that the booking has been made is the booking made. Bookings are subject to availability.

2) Bookings made by phone should be made at the VERY MINIMUM 1 hour. At that time the booking will be subject to availability. Bookings made outside of 3 weeks & where specified will require confirmation.

3) When being picked up from a private residence - Be sure to be ready at a minimum of 10 minutes before the pickup time, this will give our drivers time if required to pick you up early to make sure you are not late for your booking. Be waiting at the road (if you live in units/subdivided properties). If you wish to know the Estimated Time Of Arrival of your shuttle give us a call on 9335-1614 and we will be able to provide that information for you. Please let us know in advance of any complications that may prohibit you from being ready on time.

4) When being picked up from a hotel/hostel or any other pickup location in fremantle that we offer, the above also applies, be ready a minimum of 10 minutes before pickup & inform us of any changes may prohibit you from being ready.

5) The drivers reserve the right to refuse passengers that are
i) noisy and disruptive to the other passengers
ii) not ready when the driver is due to leave
iii) don't have a method to pay for the transfer

6) Prices are subject to change, see the prices page for more information.

7) When bookings are being made, we require a minimum of
2 hours for Domestic Flights (one hour travel time, one hour check-in)
3 hours for International Flights (one hour travel time, two hours check-in)

8) Although we do monitor the changes in check-in times occasionally, you do need to inform us if your check-in time is longer then specified.

9) The shuttles are not equipped with seatbelts, so you will need to hold children in your lap.

10) We charge our luggage similar to qantas standard luggage, if you have anything over that it will come at additional cost.

11) The suburbs we cover is as listed. Occasionally when it is quiet we can cover suburbs/times outside our normal area. This is a special pickup and wont be able to be done every time. All bookings of this nature are subject to approval to the shuttle operator and we reserve the right to modify the booking as required to fit the schedule.

12) Charter AND/OR Special pickups may attract higher rates as we may require additional drivers/shuttles
